Former BofA Merrill Lynch exec joins Wells Fargo unit

Shaun Dreyerhas joined Wells Fargo SecuritiesLLC as a managing director and head of its investment-grade loan syndicationsbusiness.

Dreyer will lead the origination, structuring and syndicationsof loans for the company's investment-grade North American customers.

Dreyer most recently served as head of acquisition finance andsyndicated loans for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Bank of America Corp.'s Merrill Lynch. He will be based inCharlotte, N.C.

Wells Fargo Securities is a unit of Wells Fargo & Co.
