Amaray Las Olas by Windsor acquired the 254-unit Amaray Las Olas apartment tower in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fla., from Rock-French Quarter for about $133.6 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

Rock-French Quarter, a joint venture between Stiles Corp. and Rockefeller Group, sold the 215 SE Eighth Ave. property almost a year after being completed.

According to the report, Amaray Las Olas by Windsor obtained a $65 million mortgage from the Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America.
