Federal RealtyInvestment Trust appointed Dan Guglielmone CFO, executive vicepresident and treasurer, effective Aug. 15.

He joins the company from Vornado Realty Trust, where he has served as senior vicepresident of acquisitions and capital markets since 2003.

He will be a member of Federal Realty's executive andinvestment committees and will oversee all capital markets activity along witheast coast acquisitions. He will also be responsible for the company'saccounting, financial reporting and investor relations functions.
