China's Fuqin Fintech expects to price IPO at US$5 per share

China's Fuqin Fintech Ltd. expects to price its U.S. IPO of between 2 million to 4 million ordinary shares at US$5.00 per share.

The Chinese financial technology company extended the offering period to March 31 from the previous deadline of Dec. 31, 2019. The period could be extended for 90 additional days by the company and the underwriter, Boustead Securities LLC.

The company expects proceeds before expenses of about US$18.7 million from the offering, according to a filing.

Fuqin Fintech has applied to list its ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol FQJR.
