S&P Global Ratings assigns two 'A+' ratings to UBS Bank USA

S&P Global Ratings assigned an "A+" long-term issuer credit rating and resolution counterparty rating to UBS Bank USA.

The rating agency's "A-1" short-term issuer credit rating remains unchanged.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect Ratings' assessment that UBS Bank is a "core operating entity of UBS Group AG." The agency believes that the bank has a pivotal role in the group's U.S. wealth management business and would likely receive extraordinary support from the parent during an episode of stress.
