Alberto Minali, Generali CFO, is poised to step down due to disagreements with CEO Philippe Donnet, Reuters reported Jan. 23, citing "a source with knowledge of the matter."
Generali has reportedly scheduled a Jan. 25 board meeting to discuss Minali's position. Minali also serves as managing director at the company.
The Italian insurer's board is expected to meet in the coming days to name a replacement for Minali, Bloomberg News wrote Jan. 22, citing Il Sole 24 Ore.
