James Lemon, chairman of Indiana-based Friendship Bancorp, died Jan. 6, according to an obituary posted on WRBIRadio.com.

Lemon previously served as president of unit Friendship State Bank, the news source added. He served as CEO of the bank until December 2015, according to the bank's website.
