Conviviality Plc said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Oct. 26, 2014, amounted to 3 Great British pence per share, an increase from 3 pence per share in the prior-year period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was £2.0 million, a gain of 46.7% from £1.4 million in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue came to £182.9 million, compared with £183.7 million in the year-earlier period, and total operating expenses came to £179.7 million, compared with £180.4 million in the year-earlier period.
Reported net income came to £2.1 million, or 3 pence per share, compared to a loss of £904,000, or a loss of 2 pence per share, in the prior-year period.
