Wells Fargo launches stakeholder advisory council

Wells Fargo & Co. has launched its stakeholder advisory council, which will provide the company with insight and feedback from a stakeholder perspective.

In August, the company said incoming Chair Elizabeth Duke will lead the council. Wells Fargo President and CEO Tim Sloan will also participate.

Council members include Center for Responsible Lending President Michael Calhoun; Ceres CEO and President Mindy Lubber; National Urban League CEO and President Marc Morial; UnidosUS CEO and President Janet Murguía; Nora Nash, director of corporate social responsibility for the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia; Anne Sheehan, director of corporate governance for the California State Teachers' Retirement System; and National Community Reinvestment Coalition President and CEO John Taylor.
