4980888 said its normalized net income for the fiscal first half ended Sept. 30 amounted to 808,130 rupees, compared with income of 121,880 rupees in the year-earlier period.

Normalized net income excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis.

Total revenue grew on an annual basis to 44.1 million rupees from 15.7 million rupees, and total operating expenses climbed from the prior-year period to 46.9 million rupees from 15.6 million rupees.

Reported net income came to a loss of 1.3 million rupees, compared with income of 195,000 rupees in the year-earlier period.
