VeriskAnalytics Inc. has agreed to acquire clean energy informationservices provider Greentech Media Inc.

Greentech Media, which provides news and market analysis onsolar power and the electric utility market, will become part of VeriskAnalytics' Wood Mackenzie business. Wood Mackenzie provides commercialintelligence for the natural resources sector.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
