Oil services company Frank's International NV appointed Melissa Cougle CFO, effective May 29.

Cougle replaces Kyle McClure, who is leaving to pursue other opportunities, according to a May 28 news release.

Cougle most recently served as the CFO of oilfield service provider National Energy Services Reunited Corp., which focuses its operations in the Middle East-North Africa region.
