Australian property group Charter Hall Group and its partners completed the sale of Commercial & Industrial Property Pty. Ltd. to ESR Developments (Australia) Pty. Ltd.

In July, Charter Hall and its partners signed a deal that valued the target, an integrated development group, at A$102.5 million. Commercial & Industrial, in which Charter Hall had a half-stake, has a development pipeline worth A$1.5 billion.
