Priority Income Fund tender offer expires

Priority Income Fund Inc.'s tender offer to purchase up to roughly $4.1 million shares of its common stock expired July 23.

An aggregate 493,205 shares were validly tendered and not withdrawn in response to the offer. In accordance with the terms of the offer, the company purchased 306,581 shares at $13.50 apiece for roughly $4.1 million in aggregate.
