Paul Williams, managing director of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Plc's , willleave the firm as part of management changes resulting from JLT's plan tocombine Thistle and its specialty broking unit, Insurance Times reported April 1.

JLT Specialty Chairman Adrian Girling will become chairmanof the merged division, while Mandy Walton will serve as managing director ofthe direct and affinity business, according to the report.

Stuart Winter, managing director of JLT Specialty's U.K.regional risk practice, will reportedly remain in his position.
