Queensland renews mining lease for Centrex's Ardmore phosphate project

Centrex Metals Ltd. said Oct. 17 that the Queensland Department of Natural Resources & Mines renewed the mining lease for the company's Ardmore phosphate rock project for 21 years.

The company is undertaking a reverse circulation infill drilling program, which will complete a resource update and support a feasibility study for the project, due for completion mid-2018.

In July, the company estimated a maiden inferred resource of 12 million tonnes at 28.7% phosphorus pentoxide for Ardmore.
