True Nature Holding Inc., a healthcare application and technology company, said it intends to acquire healthcare information technology applications developer Singularis Health LLC.

Singularis provides real-time cost and restriction transparency to physicians at the point of care, so patients know the cost of medicine before visiting a pharmacy.

Under the proposed deal, True Nature Holding will pay shareholders of Singularis $80,000 in cash and 800,000 restricted shares for either all of the shareholder interests or the assets of the entity.

The Singularis business will be managed along with the acquisition of ClariCare Inc. True Nature expects to name several of the key players as executives or advisers to the company shortly.
