Johann Min You is resigning from Bank of Hope, where he serves as executive vice president and Bank Secrecy Act officer, on March 18.

Los Angeles-based Bank of Hope is a unit of Hope Bancorp Inc.

Oklahoma City-based Bank7 Corp. named Andrew Levinson president of the Tulsa, Okla., region and as a board director.

Levinson served as president of the Tulsa region at Oklahoma City-based International Bank of Commerce Oklahoma and International Bancshares Corp. until February 2019, according to information from S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Joanne Shallcross joined BMT Wealth Management, a division of Pennsylvania-based Bryn Mawr Trust Co., in the newly created role of senior vice president and special needs relationship manager.

Shallcross has more than 10 years' experience in wealth management, having recently served as senior relationship strategist.

Elisabeth Kimmel resigned from the board of Champaign, Ill.-based First Busey Corp.

Kimmel has been the owner of Midwest Television Inc. since 2007 and its president since 2003, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence.

San Diego-based Seacoast Commerce Bank hired Rahul Barot as senior vice president and Small Business Administration business development officer.

Barot has more than 15 years' banking experience, including managing American Enterprise Bank's SBA operations.

Financial services

BlackRock Inc. nominated Bader Alsaad, a former managing director of the Kuwait Investment Authority, to join its board.

If elected at BlackRock's annual shareholders meeting on May 23, Alsaad will join the board as an independent director.

Meanwhile, Deryck Maughan will not stand for re-election at BlackRock's annual shareholders meeting.

Maughan has been an independent director of BlackRock since October 2006 and served as a senior adviser at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. LP until December 2014, according to information from S&P Global Market Intelligence.
