Emlenton, Pa.-based Farmers National Bank of Emlenton promoted Vice President of Operations Aubery Guzzo to senior vice president and chief retail banking officer.

Emclaire Financial Corp is the parent company of Farmers National Bank of Emlenton.

Bethesda, Md.-based Eagle Bancorp Inc. appointed Paul Saltzman executive vice president and chief legal officer of the company and its unit, EagleBank.

Saltzman joins from White & Case LLP, where he served as a partner in the banking and financial institutions advisory practice.

Nashville, Tenn.-based CapStar Financial Holdings Inc. unit CapStar Bank added Amy Pangelinan as market president for East Tennessee.

Pangelinan most recently served as Knoxville market president at Highlands Union Bank.

Easton, Md.-based Shore Bancshares Inc. Director John Wilson resigned, effective Jan. 1.

Tyler, Texas-based Southside Bancshares Inc. East Texas Regional President H. J. Shands III is set to retire from his position, effective April 30. He will continue to serve as a board director of the company and its unit, Southside Bank.

Billings, Mont.-based First Interstate BancSystem Inc. named Chief Banking Officer Renee Newman its first chief strategy officer.

Russ Lee succeeds Newman as the chief banking officer. Lee joined the bank's executive team in 2018.

Mount Pleasant, Mich.-based Isabella Bank Corp. unit Isabella Bank added its President and CEO Vicki Rupp to its board, effective November 2019.

Tennessee-based Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. named Phillip May Memphis president.

May joins the company with an experience of over 25 years in commercial and corporate lending.

Iselin, N.J.-based Provident Bank added Todd Treadway as senior vice president and digital channels director with the information technology team.

Before his appointment, Treadway served as vice president and digital channels manager with Old National Bank.

Tacoma, Wash.-based Columbia Banking System Inc. expanded its executive team to include Eric Eid, David Devine and Nicole Sherman.

Eid was named executive vice president and chief digital and technology officer, while Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Devine was appointed executive vice president, chief marketing and experience officer, effective Jan. 6.

Aleigha Nation succeeds Devine as senior vice president and director of marketing. She will also join the operating committee.

Additionally, Senior Vice President and Greater Puget Sound Market Region Manager Sherman was added to the operating committee as executive vice president, director of retail banking and digital integration, effective Jan. 1.

Financial Services

TCF Inventory Finance Inc. appointed Victor Rivera chief sales officer.

Rivera joins the firm with over 20 years of experience in banking and finance.

Current chief credit risk officer Daniel Taggart will remain with the firm to ensure a smooth handover and will leave during the first quarter of 2020.

Before joining, Parmar served as the chief credit and analytics officer at Conn's Inc.
