LM Funding America receives deficiency letter from Nasdaq

LM Funding America on Jan. 3 received a deficiency letter from Nasdaq indicating that it violated listing rules by passing the deadline for holding its annual general meeting of shareholders for the financial year ended Dec. 31, 2018.

The company has 45 calendar days, or until Feb. 17, to submit a plan.

If accepted, the company will have 180 calendar days, or until June 29, to regain compliance with the annual meeting requirement.
