Henry succeedsTerence McGinnis, who recently retired and was subsequently appointed to be MassachusettsCommissioner of Banks.

Henry has morethan 15 years of legal experience. She previously served as general counsel forPlymouth Rock Assurance, according to a Sept. 23 news release.
