Vice chairman retires from boards of Orrstown Financial Services, unit

Jeffrey Coy retired as a director of Shippensburg, Pa.-based Orrstown Financial Services Inc. and subsidiary Orrstown Bank, effective May 9.

He has served as vice chairman of both boards since 1998.

Coy was elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1983. After resigning from the House in 2004, he was appointed to the Pennsylvania State Gaming Control Board, a post he held until 2011.
