Nexity issued its maiden green bond, totaling €240 million, to qualified investors.
The France-based company said the issuance comprises a €156 million tranche with a 2.464% annual coupon rate maturing in December 2027 and an €84 million tranche with a 2.257% annual coupon rate maturing in December 2026.
It will use the proceeds to finance and/or refinance the development and construction of green residential property projects in France.
The bonds will be admitted for trading on Euronext Access from Dec. 20.
Natixis, which was global coordinator and sole green structuring adviser, and Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank were joint book runners.
