Indiabulls Ventures Ltd. plans to raise up to 80 billion Indian rupees through the issuance of bonds, debentures, equity shares and other securities.

The securities can be issued on a private placement or public issue basis, as well as through a qualified institutional placement, the company said Aug. 14.

As of Aug. 14, US$1 was equivalent to 70.02 Indian rupees.
