ABM, Independence Group expand Lake Mackay gold project footprint by 60%

ABM Resources NL said Oct. 18 that the Department of Primary Industry and Resources in Australia's Northern Territory granted 12 tenements to joint venture partner Independence Group NL to expand the Lake Mackay gold project by 3,245 square kilometers.

ABM was also granted an application over 1,580 square kilometers, altogether increasing the Lake Mackay area by 60% to 12,883 square kilometers.

Meanwhile, ABM is awaiting the assay results for five drillholes from a six-hole, 2,917-meter diamond drilling program at the Grapple prospect.
