SCOTUS won't review appeals court's decision reviving FDIC suit against 3 banks

The U.S.Supreme Court will not review the August 2015 of the 5th Circuit Court ofAppeals reviving the FDIC's lawsuit against Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Deutsche Bank AG and Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc, according to a newsstory posted on DSNews.com.

In thesuit, the FDIC accused the three banks of fraud in connection with $2.1 billionworth of residential mortgage-backed securities.
