Skåne-möllan AB said its normalized net income for the second quarter was 1.02 Swedish kronor per share, a decline of 55.0% from 2.27 kronor per share in the year-earlier period.
Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 1.1 million kronor, a decrease of 55.0% from 2.5 million kronor in the prior-year period.
The normalized profit margin dropped to 2.7% from 6.4% in the year-earlier period.
Total revenue rose 6.6% year over year to 41.7 million kronor from 39.1 million kronor, and total operating expenses rose 13.5% on an annual basis to 40.4 million kronor from 35.6 million kronor.
Reported net income fell 54.8% on an annual basis to 1.4 million kronor, or 1.27 kronor per share, from 3.1 million kronor, or 2.82 kronor per share.
As of Aug. 19, US$1 was equivalent to 8.58 Swedish kronor.
