Banco La Hipotecaria SA on Jan. 26 will offer about $2.4 million in 12-month commercial notes carrying an interest rate of 3.875%.

The series DBW notes, which will be issued Jan. 30, are part of the bank's $35 million commercial notes issuance program, according to a filing with Panama's securities commission.
