Insperity raises FY'17 guidance

Insperity Inc. has updated its outlook for the full year 2017 and released guidance for the third quarter.

The company expects to report adjusted EPS of $4.47 and $4.60 for the year, up from previous guidance of $4.30 to $4.44. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be between $169 million and $173 million, compared with previous guidance of $162 million to $166 million.

For the third quarter, the company expects to record adjusted EPS of 94 cents to $1.00 and adjusted EBITDA of $37.5 million to $39.5 million.

For the second quarter, Insperity reported net income of $14.0 million, or 66 cents per share, up from $9.7 million, or 45 cents per share, in the year-ago quarter. Adjusted net income was $17.3 million, or 82 cents per share, compared with $12.9 million, or 60 cents per share, year over year.
