Ian Krieger and Stephen Kell will join Primary Health Properties Plc as independent nonexecutive directors, subject to shareholders' approval in an annual general meeting April 18.

Krieger will also chair the company's audit committee to replace Steven Owen, who will assume the nonexecutive chairman role following the retirement of Alun Jones after the meeting.

Krieger is a senior independent nonexecutive director and chairman of the audit committee at Safestore Holdings Plc and Premier Foods plc and a nonexecutive director and chair of the audit committee at Capital & Regional Plc.

Kell is a general practitioner and managing partner of a medical practice in Nottinghamshire, U.K.
