Greek lender Alpha Bank AE completed the sale of a retail unsecured nonperforming loan portfolio to Ultimo Portfolio Investment (Luxembourg) SA, a member of the B2Holding ASA group.

The portfolio had a total outstanding aggregate balance of €3.7 billion as of June 30, 2017.

The deal was first disclosed March 13.
