China Minsheng Financial Holding Corp. Ltd. hired Ren Wangas CFO and head of investment banking.

Ren previously served as president of Asia and joint head ofAsia investment banking and capital markets for . His appointment atChina Minsheng Financial is effective May 3.

The group also appointed Wentao Tan as head of securitiesand Chung Yin Pak as finance director. Wentao was executive director at HongKong International Financial Services Ltd. prior to the appointment, whileChung came from China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd., where he served ashead of the finance division.

Wentao joined the group in March, while Chung joinedDecember 2015.
