Altisource ResidentialCorp. again amendedits repurchase facility with Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Capital LLC.
The amendment extends for one year the facility's terminationdate to March 30, 2017, and boosts the size of the facility to $350.0 million from$275.0 million. It also allows as much as 100% of the financed assets to be classifiedas real estate owned properties by eliminating the sublimit of such properties thatmay be placed into the facility. Other provisions of the facility remain substantiallythe same, according to an April 5 filing.
The company entered into the amended repurchase facility throughits subsidiaries March 31.
