The board of Hong Kong-listed real estate developer Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd. proposed to increase its authorized share capital to HK$40.0 million, or 4 billion shares, from HK$30.0 million, or 3 billion ordinary shares.
The new shares shall rank pari passu with each other and with the existing shares in all respects, the company said. As of Oct. 8, 2,612,160,477 shares were in issue.
The change is conditional upon shareholder approval at a forthcoming extraordinary general meeting.
