SemGroup stockholders approve Rose Rock merger

stockholders haveapproved the acquisition of all of Rose Rock Midstream LP's common units it does not alreadyown as the deal nears completion.

More than99% of SemGroup shares voted in favor of SemGroup's issuance of common stock asstipulated under the all-stock-for-unit deal, according to a Sept. 29 newsrelease. Rose Rock Midstream's controlling companies have already the deal.

The mergeris scheduled to close Sept. 30.
