Burlingame, Calif.-based AeroCentury Corp. appointed Harold Lyons CFO, treasurer and secretary, effective Jan. 1.

Lyons will replace Toni Perazzo, who retired as the company's CFO, treasurer, senior vice president of finance and secretary, effective Dec. 31, 2019. Perazzo will remain on the company's board after her retirement.

Lyons has served as AeroCentury's vice president of finance.
