Abertis Infraestructuras SA on July 25 completed its deal to acquire 51.4% of A4 Holding SpA for a transaction value of €1.36 billion.

In addition to general closing conditions, the deal required additional review for antitrust concerns.

Houlihan Lokey Inc. was the financial adviser for Abertis Infraestructuras, and Bonelli Erede Pappalardo Studio Legale and Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira S.LP were the legal advisers.
