IDW MediaHoldings Inc. closed its private offering of 190,597 shares of itsclass B common stock.

The shares were issued to certain of the company's existing stockholdersat $21.38 per share. The company raised about $4.1 million through the offering.

IDW plans on using the net proceeds to finance its IDWEntertainment division and for general working capital uses.
