Asset manager Bouwinvest buys Dutch office project for €150M

Bouwinvest Real Estate Investment Management B.V. purchased a 28,000-square-meter office development in the Netherlands' Utrecht City on behalf of its office fund for institutional investors, Property Investor Europe reported.

The joint venture between Amsterdam-headquartered APF International and U.S.-based alternative investment firm Angelo Gordon, sold the proposed 22-story property, which is expected to be granted a Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, or BREEAM, excellent rating, according to the report.

In a same-day report, PropertyEU reported the asset manager picked up the property for €150 million.
