Owens Realty MortgageInc. appointed Gary Wallace to its board as a class I director.

Wallace, who fills the vacancy created by the of M. Lyman Bates Jr., will serveas a director for the remaining term expiring at the 2017 annual meeting of stockholders.

Wallace retired from KPMG as an audit partner specialist in bankingand investment services in 2005, having served as head of the Northern Californiafinancial institutions practice.
