Pollux Properties Ltd. said Bambang Widaryatmo did not seek for reappointment and subsequently retired as an independent director at the July 26 annual general meeting of the Singaporean developer.

Widaryatmo, who stepped down due to health reason, also relinquished his memberships in the audit and remuneration and nominating committees.
