Debeka CFO to retire

Debeka Krankenversicherungsverein aG said Dec. 20 that CFO and long-term executive board member Rolf Florian will retire at the end of the year.

Florian has been with the health insurance group for 35 years, including 27 years on its executive board.

Ralf Degenhart and Normann Pankratz have been appointed new deputy CEOs of the Debeka group from Jan. 1, 2018. Degenhart will be responsible for finance and investment management, while Pankratz will take charge of technology and actuarial for the health and life insurance units of the group.
