Decade Resources Ltd. said Dec. 12 that it granted Rotation Minerals Ltd. an exclusive option to acquire the gold-prospective Bow claims in British Columbia.

Rotation Minerals is required to pay C$1 million in five installments, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty.

Rotation Minerals will have no interest in the Bow property if it is unable to make all the payments.
