* Berkshire Bank named Jeffrey Stone senior vice president of retail branch banking for its entire New York and New England network.

Stone was senior vice president of retail and business development at National Union Bank of Kinderhook, a subsidiary of Kinderhook Bank Corp.

Berkshire Bank's parent is Berkshire Hills Bancorp Inc.

* Paragon Bank named Kelly Love senior vice president and client development officer.

She most recently served as commercial relationship manager and vice president at a regional bank.

Paragon Commercial Corp. is the parent of Paragon Commercial Bank.

* Customers Bank promoted Diane McCracken to executive vice president and chief security officer, effective Aug. 1.

She joined Customers Bank in 2011, and was named chief security officer in September 2015.

The bank is a unit of Customers Bancorp Inc.
