Kaiser Permanente has promoted Janet Liang to president ofthe Northern California region and Julie Miller-Phipps to president of the SouthernCalifornia region.

Liang and Miller-Phipps will assume their new roles inAugust.

Liang has served as COO for Kaiser Permanente's NorthernCalifornia region since June 2014. Miller-Phipps currently serves as presidentof the Kaiser Permanente Georgia region.
