China Resources adds 4 sites to landbank in April

Throughout April, ChinaResources Land Ltd. acquired four new sites in China for approximately6.14 billion Chinese yuan.

The land parcels are in Suzhou, Dalian, Ningbo and Wuhan, andcombined, offer a total gross floor area of about 1,150,292 square meters, accordingto a news release.

The company said it took full ownership of the sites in Suzhouand Dalian, plus 33% and 51% interests in the Ningbo and Wuhan parcels, respectively.

Year-to-date, the company has recorded 11 land acquisitions fora total land premium of 25.05 billion yuan. In March, the group bought three land parcels.

As of May 5, US$1 was equivalentto 6.50 Chinese yuan.
