Fannie Mae offers 5-year benchmark notes

Fannie Mae is offering a new issue of five-year benchmark notes.

The settlement date is Oct. 6, and the maturity date is Oct. 5, 2022. The payment dates for each year are Oct. 5 and April 5, beginning April 5, 2018.

Goldman Sachs & Co., Nomura Securities International Inc., TD Securities USA and Williams Capital Group LP are the lead managers. The co-managers include Loop Capital Markets LLC, MFR Securities Inc., Multi-Bank Securities Inc. and Tribal Capital Markets LLC.
