Moline, Ill.-based QCR Holdings Inc.'s Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Elizabeth Grabin resigned from her positions, including that of the principal accounting officer, to pursue an external opportunity, effective Oct. 4.
On the same day, Quad City Bank and Trust Co. CFO Nick Anderson was appointed chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer for QCR Holdings.

Yuba City, Calif.-based River Valley Community Bank Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer Douglas Marr will retire, effective Dec. 31. Marr will continue to be with the bank, in a part-time capacity, until March 31, 2020, to assist with the transition.
Upon his retirement, Lucas Parnell will succeed Marr as executive vice president and chief credit officer on Jan. 1, 2020. Parnell is the bank's senior vice president and regional lending and credit officer.
River Valley Community Bancorp is the parent company of River Valley Community Bank.

Computer Services Inc. appointed Dana Bowers to its board. She is chief solution architect for Venminder Inc., a provider of software and due diligence services for managing compliance with third-party vendors.
