Ukraine-based PJSC ALFA-BANK completed an authorized capital increase amounting to $180 million, or around 4.7 billion Ukrainian hryvni, the lender said Jan. 25.
The capital hike was carried out as part of Alfa-Bank's recapitalization plan, with the lender's sole shareholder, ABH Ukraine Ltd., acquiring 1.7 million shares of the bank during the process.
As of Jan. 24, US$1 was equivalent to 27.24 Ukrainian hryvni.
