* Liu Chong Hing Investment Ltd. named Eric Tong Tsun Sum an independent nonexecutive director, effective March 7.

* India's Reliance Capital Ltd. appointed Anand Natarajan its new COO.

* Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking reportedly appointed Raj Malhotra as head of debt capital markets for Asia-Pacific.

* Nomura Holdings Inc. said it appointed Toshio Morita and Kentaro Okuda as co-COOs and named Kazuhiko Ishimura, Laura Unger and Shoichi Nagamatsu as directors on its board.

* Westpac Banking Corp.'s head of mergers and acquisitions, Harvey Carter, has reportedly resigned to go into private equity.

* Chinese lender Huishang Bank Corp. Ltd. appointed Tang Chuan employee representative supervisor.

* State Street Corp. appointed Lisa Lou as country head of global services China and general manager of its Beijing branch, effective Feb. 26.

* HSBC Holdings PLC reportedly hired Oki Ramadhana in a senior investment banking role in Indonesia.

* Deutsche Asset Management reportedly named Alex François sales director of asset management for the global client group, Australia and New Zealand.

* Kwon Sung-moon reportedly resigned as chairman of South Korea's KTB Investment & Securities Co. Ltd.

* China Cinda Asset Management Co. Ltd. appointed He Jieping and Xu Long as nonexecutive directors.

* Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, Sarath Sura and Parveen Kumar Chhokra ceased to be shareholder directors of India-based Allahabad Bank, effective March 4.

* Malayan Banking Bhd. said Renato Tinio De Guzman stepped down as independent nonexecutive director, effective March 5.

* Chubb Ltd. appointed Scott Simpson as country president of its general insurance business in Singapore.

* AUB Group Ltd. appointed Susan Mitchell as CFO, effective June 1. The move comes after Mitchell's resignation as CFO of Mortgage Choice Ltd

* ClearView Wealth Ltd. said Andrew Sneddon resigned as a board director.
